Not really. There are several programs like NEWT that will look at your design and see where vignetting occurs, etc. and this sort of program will show you where the light path is.
Aside from that, it is merely a matter of drawing out what you are interested in for a telescope.
There are some freeware CAD drawing packages also available on the web if you want permanent drawings of what you plan on building.
