You have nearly decribed my last transaction with Dan to a tee. No Response.....I had to give up and move on. To be fair, my first deal with Dan was perfect and he was very helpful. Perhaps the demands have overwhelmed him. I also have seen others who are not happy in other forums. As Bob put it in his post, Dan is not a company so it's about like dealing with someone on ebay, you hope they will treat you fairly. Good Luck.
