Please Help Having Hardtime With Astronomy Class.

I sure hope that is an astronomy class, and not an astrology class as indicated in your message..

A newtonian scope has the eye peice near the optical entry point and perpendicular to the optical tube assembly.

A cassagrain would have the eye peice near the optical exit point, centered, and parallel to the the optical tube assembly.

Meade lists their 60mm refractor at 11.2 limiting visual stellar magnitude....
