i plan on experimenting with making fused cellular type mirrors in the near future,i
was wondering if anyone had any advice as to the
rib configeration, the advantages/disadvantages of the hex/square grid/triangular/etc, rib patterns, i know allmost enough to actually make
a fused mirror right now, however there is a bit
of uncertainty about the rib geometry, pyrex 7740
or borofloat will be the likely substrates i will
be using.
Also any ideas on fusing rib to rib, fusing the ribs to front/back plate is one thing, fusing the entire structure completely is another, im aware of hextech and have a basic idea of their gas fusion process, what i intend to do is different,
but simular.
