| Tech 2000 Dob Driver Question

I am looking for a way to use my Dob Driver software on a Windows CE device. I have a DOS emulator. But the program will not load. I asked the folks at Tech 2000 if this was possible. They told me people have done this. I have a HP Jornada 548 with 32 Megs of RAM. Any ideas will be appreciated.
