Bubbles In Lap.

The only size bubble that I would worry about is one the size of the mirror. The little bubbles will provide additional resovoirs of CeO for the polishing.
I might note that I've never seen a mirror that was so bad that I had to go and grind again. If you put something into a mirror from polishing, you can take it out with polishing!
The biggest problem that happens with laps is that the surface gets filled with glass and CeO and needs to be scraped off. Don't forget to warm press the lap after a scraping.
