Highest Reflection As Possible

It is the opposite of getting rid of reflections in the tube, I need now:

a high as possible reflection from a light bulb in a education object I like to ask te following:

What will reflects more:
flat white ore a "silver heath shild" the heath shild will reflects 80% of the light.

The object is a flat panel from about 3 - 3 foot.
