Well i went ahead and made the pitch lap,but i guess i waited to long before pouring, instead of having a full size lap, mine ended up at 9-1/4". thats not to bad, but it is off center.(1/4" on one side, and 1/2" on the other) got it all pressed out after afew hours work, is mated great right now, even pressed the micro mesh pattern on it on the last press.now i was thinking if i drew a circle on the top of the tool,(where the pitch really is)so i would know where it was when on top, things should be ok...what do you all think, will this work or should i stick to mirror on top?

Thanks
