I have a few questions, before i make a pitch lap, here goes...they say the pitch should be about as thick as molasses when you pour it...i assume this is room temperture molasses or is it not?, next...when cutting the channels in the pitch do you have to cut them so they are beveled at the edges or can you cut them straight up and down,do you need the outer edge to be beveled, and finally.... if i pour the pitch over my tile tool,(dental plaster) do i have to do anything with the channels between the tiles before i pour the pitch, other then wiping everything off real good with turps.....just want to be sure of what i have to do. Thanks in advance.
