Nope. There is some that makes it into bubbles but it tends to cement itself into the hole and doesn't come out later. If you're worried about that, a quick coat of paint with a wipe of the surface with paint thinner will cure that problem without problems. The dental stone that I use (the cheaper yellow stone) is a bit softer than the tiles so it wears easy but the grit doesn't stick in it as it stays fairly hard. It's interesting to see how shiney that the stone gets after grinding with the 12 micron grit.
