I am desperate to get this book. Amazon.com is out of stock and every place I look is out. I can buy it directly from Dave Kriege, but he doesn't take credit cards. So it would be a couple of weeks mailing a check, waiting on it to clear and then shipping. I want someone who can take my credit card and get into the mail. Anybody know where a copy is that accepts credit cards? |
