SCT Heat Killer - Fan And Pipe

There is an advertised heat-killer for SCT's. Basically it slides in the rear cell and assists in a more rapid cool-down of the internal closed tube by circulating air.
Question:
Wouldn't this also draw condensation into the tube? I'm concerned about acid dew especially, here in the NE the dew tends to be acidic.

I've always been very cautios and kept my tube closed for this reason...

Responses appreciated
