| Help For A True Beginner

Ok all you experts out there. My 9 and 5 year old daughters want to make a telescope and I have absolutly no idea where to start. I think what we want to make is a 6" Dobsonian Reflector (I have gotten that far) but I have no science background. However, I am great at building things and following plans. I was wondering if there were any plans out there I could buy that would be simple enough for my daughters and I to do together (with some help from my husband who is very scientifically oriented but also very busy)? I promise my future posts will not be this lengthy. I just need to know where to go to get started. Thank you ever so much! Cindy |
