If i was to purchase a meed or $ellestron sct would i get a zygo or simular laser interferrometric data sheet? if not, then how would i know i was getting what was advertised(1/10 p.v. i believe is the claim)a spherical primary of any size is no problem at all, probably even on a mass production scale, corrector plates....Hmmmmmm...nope,paraboloids.......nope.they must have an army of highly talented opticians to crank out such a high quantity of quality!! in a reasonable time, and at the truly astronomical payroll cost in CA as well, dont get me wrong, meed & sellestron are not that bad, but there not the best!
