Forgot to say in previous posting the 10" tool is probably too large,there would be a great deal of drag with a 10 and 12.5 , i would go with a 6" ,a subdiameter lap is usually half the mirrors diameter, i did a 13.1" mirror with a 6" tool(lap),the lap was f/8,the mirror f/4.5.
