"Telescope Optics" by Rutten & van Venrooij is probably the best source for this as well as for any other type optical layout liable to be used for astronomical purposes. The book is available from Willmann-Bell. Get the optional software with the book. It has many worked designs as well as all the design programs and aids you will need.
