Hi Tom:

I want to impress upon anyone the dangers associated with high vacuum. I am sure the mothers of a few young men had wished somebody had done so with them. One died in one accident several years ago when a glass bell jar imploded. A friend of a friend died while trying to reseal a picture tube. I have heard of things like bumping into valves and getting one's guts sucked out or in one case a man sucked through an 8" valve. Seems to me that a little ignorance is causing too much dead meat. Death is tough, I am just a bell ringer.

Live Long and Prosper:
-Rick
