The usual trick is to put some resistors behind the secondary and heat them gently with the 12V that you have available. Sorry that I have never really had the problem and somebody else (go do a search for "dew heater" on the web can probably give you further info. You aren't going to need much heat as you only need to pick the temp up a degree or so to get rid of the dew. I seem to recall about 680 ohm resistors or a few of them will do the job but don't trust my memory for that.
