To confirm, when using the default settings, the text is blank on a blank white square inside the black border. I think the simpler color scheme is easier to read but the main problem right now is the text of the post is not readable unless I overide with my own preferences. I think dark on light is most readable. Funny, I can read my own text as I key in the post, but not yours. If possible I would prefer not to reset my preferences every time I go from this site to another.

I played around with the contrast to see if there was a slight difference but the text and background appear to have the RGB value of FFFFFF

Just a moment.......

Yes I just checked your page source and you define your table text as FFFFFF and your background as 000000 and then when you start your table with the text, it redefines the table color as FFFFFF but doesn't change the text color so it would remain white or FFFFFF also. Maybe it works on your end for the same reasons I can read my own text as I enter it. Input text being different from table data?

Cheers,
-Rick
