You will have no problems with the 3 point mount on a 6:1 mirror. You might want to find the PLOP program on the web and play around with it. Consider a 1/50th wave as a point to go to a higher number of mounting points for a perfect mount and 1/25th wave for a decent mount and you will see how thin a mirror can become before you have to upgrade the points of support. |
