Guess that my first question is who have you contacted so far? There`s a number of places out there that provide glass. Newport Glass does provide some glass and may have facilities for providing a piece that big. Then there`s always Corning Glass for pyrex.
Also, what glass are you interested in? If you are happy with plate glass, then your choices are a lot better than if you want pyrex and I might mention that zerodur would be quite out of your price range as going to Bob Geoff at A.X.E. would produce a much lighter mirror (you could actually pick it up yourself!) for about the same cost.
If you just want a cheap piece of glass, the plate would be about what you want and you would want a 2" thick piece, slump it to the curve desired and prepare to do a many multipoint mirror cell for the glass.
