I don`t know of any companies offering mirror grinding machines. Most telescope makers build there own. Check out this site:

Grinding machines are useful if you plan to make lots of mirrors or a large one (say, ~20" or larger). If all you plan to do is make one or two small mirrors, consider doing the work by hand. It`s not too difficult.
