Mirror Deformation

I am an amateur astronomer and I would like to know to measure the surface deformation of an astronomic Pirex-mirror.
The characteristic features of this mirror are as follows:
-diameter 520 mm
-diameter of the hole 110 mm
-thickness 79 mm
-F=2000 mm
-precision of polishing = 1/22 lambda
The mirror lies on 9 oscillating axial bearings (3+3+3 copper feet, whose diameter is 10 mm) and 6 copper radial bearings of which the
surface of contact with the cylindrical part of the mirror is circa 10x10 mm. The radial bearings are placed along the vertex of a hexagon,
two thirds away from the optical surface.
I would also like to measure the above-mentined surface deformations as a function of the zenithal angle of the optical axis as well as a
functionof the temperature (which varies during the year from -10°C to +40°C).
Yours Sincerely
Nico Montigiani
