While reviewing past ATM forum postings, I came upon your note.

This forum is about making telescopes, not our opinions about world politics.

If you feel so strongly about non-ATM topics, find another forum that fits the topic of your concern and poor your heart out there. There are plenty of them.

Too many forums or listservers "flame-out" and end because folks drift off topic. I like this forum and am learning a lot. So let`s stick to ATM related topics.
