17.25" Quartz Disk On Ebay

There is a quartz disk of 17.25" diameter and 2" thickness for sale. The two faces are polished flat to about 4 waves. It could be finished into an optical window, optical flat, or ground to make a telescope mirror. I don`t know how much the reserve is yet.
The seller said that he has 10 of these available. They were intended as optical windows in Russian spy satellites, but the program was cancelled.
