Kind Of Newtonian-Cassegrain Telescope

Hi everyone!

I would like to try different telescopes designs and was thinking on a Newton-Cassegrain-like telescope, using a spherical primary mirror and a flat secondary mirror. Is it possible? What are the possible problems of such an optical design?
