Well in more polite language, I tend to agree. This hobby has been ruint with too much money and the desire for instant gratification. Society places the wrong emphasis on people wasting money on non-producers called middle management while under paying those that can do. Where are your 35-65 year-old engineers. Why are things being run by under 30 mangers and HR that are under educated incompetant foulups. It use to be that to be a manager required 20 to 30 years of experience. Now companies have HR departments and hire any dimwit with a BA to manage experienced producers, some with Phds or other advanced qualifications. Adding insult to injury they then pay the punks five to ten times what the producer earns. If the CEOs would dump HR and get the hiring done by department heads with 30 yrs experience, this country could really shine as it once did before the "Great Society" when engineers and craftsman were appreciated and well paid.

Looking Up,
-Rick
