Most large hardware stores such as "Eagle", "Home Depot", "Home Base" etc. carry concrete form tubes (Sonotibes or their equivalent). These are available in a variety of diameters from 6" through 12" in four ft. standard lengths. Each size actually comes in 2 or 3 sizes nested together so it`s easy to creat longer lengths if needed. The wall thickness is usually about 3/16". These are cheap and take a coat of Epoxy or Polyester resin quite nicely.
