Probably you are going to want to experiment but I would start with a 13 strokes/11 rotations. The larger the mirror the slower the rotation. Otherwise you are going to fling off your water and good grit leaving only a sticky dead paste behind. I would figure about 20rpm for a 20". This is close to 1/5g acceleration as it is.
