Best advice I have-Before final assembly, mount your spider/diagonal/focuser first, then slide the main mirror/cell into the bottom and adjust in and out until focus is reached at the eyepiece, then secure main cell. My first one, missed the focal length by 1/2" and had nasty looking holes where spider and focuser had to be repostitioned. Below is a link to pictures of my latest one.
