Could you measure the focus accurately as you can (set up the Foucault test and test the mirror) and verify that it is indeed a parabola rather than a spherical mirror? If so, I can calculate what you need to do to do a Gregorian telescope with that mirror. I have a rough design already together that will mean that you will need to make a mirror with an eccentricity of about .6 of a parabola and about 2" in diameter. It will also mean that you will have to put a hole in the middle of the big mirror (a lot easier than you think) so the light can get out to the back.
