I guess that the question is why? The larger lens is going to need a bigger diameter tube to allow for the full transmission of the light to the other end. Thus, you might as well make a whole new Optical Tube Assembly and put that on the old mount. That way, you can actually put both of the scopes on the mount and be able to guide the scope while taking a picture.
