If Clausing is close to you then that`s who I would use. Otherwise I`d do a search through the web for mirror coaters and you will find a fair number of them. The west coast has several in the LA area - P.A.P. and QSP come to mind immediately.
As far as the mirror is concerned, is the surface a nice 1/20th wave? Is it smooth? And most important, does it have a turned down edge? Do a real good look at it before you really let it out for coating. You might also want to do some double star splitting with it before you get it coated (Yes, you can use your mirror right now!) and also do a nice star test on Rigel or other bright star and make sure that the mirror is perfect.
