The Ingalls ATM book set is currently available in a new formatted version at Willmann-Bell (better than the original version and has new notes attached to most of the chapters and it`s organized to boot) but the other book by Vieo is a lot harder to get. It`s a privately published book and Leonard Higgen`s website http://sunmil1.uml.edu/eyes/lhiggins/neweb3.html has more details on the subject. I`ve seen the book and while it`s not of the best quality as a book it does have a lot of info that isn`t available anywhere else.
