O.k....., as an alternative, try your yellow pages for a local refrigeration or HVAC parts distributor. Most will have generic replacement 3 or 4 speed blower motors from 1/4hp to 3/4hp in the $40 to $80 range. While you're there, get what they call a 'resilient mount kit', which is the baseplate mounting bracket. Keep in mind that these are open frame motors and need basic protection. Also, lower speed means lower hp, and less torque. these distributors are also a good source for pulleys (including variable pitch), blower shafts and bearings, belts, etc. |
