: I want to build a circular rotatable dome. Sky and Telescope has had various levels of articles for domes. Mostly they have been look at what I did type of articles. Several articles have been published just recently that were pretty good on how to make the bearings. I don't know of any particular plans, but have you specicically looked for the such??? The search may be convoluted but you will probably find somebody that has pictures of thier dome under construction. The ART of building domes has been published many times and I call it an art because nobody does it exactly the same.
