You can really go whole hog and also grind the glass. Newport Glass is on the web and they have kits for doing several different size scopes. Other than that, D&G Optical comes to mind but I don't know if they are on the web (never looked). Personally, I'd get a Newport Glass kit and have fun with it. The spherical surfaces are a lot easier to do than a parabolic mirror and with 4 surfaces you will spend about as much time as somebody doing a mirror trying to get a good parabola. The other thing to do is to haunt Astromart and Astronomy Mall looking for the glass.
