For a F/6 ratio that diagonal seems awfullly big. That's a full 20% obstruction. I have built 4 8" f/6 dobs and I usually use between 1.25 and 1.3" diagonals. Anyway I get my Spiders from ProtoStar. There are other places that are just as good. Their spiders are very well made and I have never had a problem with them. I am not sure they make a spider for a 1.6". If you decide to order from there, just follow the instructions for sizes. I'd re-think that diagonal size though.
