| 8" Tube For A 6" Telescope????

I am planning to build a 6" telescope, but I cannot find any sonotube that is 7" in diameter. I was just curious if it was ok to build with an 8" sonotube, or if it would have any unwanted side effects? Would it be worth it to try and find a 7" tube? thanks, Scott Du Frane |
