: : I own a Dynamax 8 telescope that has suddenly stripped a gear. Does any one know of a repair place in Southern CA that might be able to fix the drive gear? It has been suggested that it might be better to replace the old drive with a new one, any idea on how much a new drive would cost?

You may wont to pose the question on the atm list (http://www.system.missouri.edu/atm ) to get a wider scope of people for possible leads.

Ric
