Need Help: Meade ETX And Kodak Digital Camera

I got a T-mount adaptor for my Meade ETX 90EC scope which works fine with my 35mm SLR camera (Canon), but which has the wrong thread size for connecting my Kodak DC290 digital camera. A 37mm to 42(?)mm* step-up ring seems to be what I need, but I can't find one anywhere.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm also currently unable to get a shutter release cable for the DC290 from Kodak. Anyone know of a source for one?

*The 42mm size is based on measuring the Meade T-mount adaptor with calipers; neither Meade nor Canon tech support can tell me the thread size.
