As a bit of a follow up. Just talked with a local pro camera shop owner about developing astrophotos. He made the same suggestion - go with slides. Given it can take 100 shots to get a keeper, developing can be a cost. I asked for an education about getting into it myself. He suggests real cost savings are doubtful. Suggested slides. No printing until you get one you like - the others you review, determine the next exposure settings, and toss. And slides are more faithful at showing the actual image captured as well. Better deal all around apparantly.

Haveing said all that... I have to buy some. Been using print film myself for the last month. I like the Fuji too.
