I have 3 scopes, fast Newt Dob, fast Newt EQ (small) and 60mm refractor. I`ve noticed that both Newts need shorter focusers to do prime focus photos. The refractor seems to have enough travel.

Is this normal? I have to go to small focusers for photos, but get extension tubes for visual observing...??
