Ok so I just bought a canon 35mm AE-1 and from what I hear its not that great for astrophotography and long expousers but hey its what I got. I was hoping that someone out there can teach me the basics and then help me with finding film and a good lense. I'm looking at shooting constillations and nebulas so any recomendations?? And can you be as specific and simple as possible beacuse Im a newbie of only 18 years old and don't know much about cameras and film stuff

Thank You
