I have the same telescope, and yes you can see the rings of Saturn with it.
Did you line up the finder?
using you 20mm eyepiece in daylight if you must, point telescope at a distant object,something a couple miles away at least,once you have this object centered in the eyepiece set up finder so you can see the object centered in the crosshairs, keep checking to be sure target is still centered, once both are centered at the same time you are ready to try after dark,you may need more fine tuning but you should be close.
stick with the 20mm eyepiece until you get use to using things, the 4mm make it harder to find and keep objects in view and the barlow only make it worse, get use to telescope with 20mm before bumping up the power.
