I Need Help With A New Telescope

I just got myself (my first) telescope, and I'm
unable to see anything at night, did I set it up
wrong are is it my scope? it is a Bushnell 675x4.5 reflector with 700mm, 20mm (1.25") and 4mm (1.25") focal length eyepieces, 5x24mm right angle finderscope w/ focus adjustment, 3x barlow lens. I can see things durning the day but not a night, I'm i looking thur. the wrong eyepiece?
it states that I should see the rings of saturns and ect. please help, e-mail me @ reeves_mn@excite.com
