SAR To GIF Imaging

What do you know about such SAR-spy imaging, file conversions and what is the best known to date SAR technology.

This deals with a fairly old SAR image taken of Venus, showing artificial elements of sufficient size so as to qualify as truly existing. Obviously we all need better resolution. Smaller elements are too easily lost into the background. I'm looking for something better then 10 meters (1 meter would do quite nicely).
