Complaint: | Awful Christmas shopping experience. Site said everything I wanted was in stock when I placed the order, two weeks before Christmas. Not only were the items not in stock, there was no indication when my order would ship on the web site. What's worse, the customer service line stopped accepting calls the week before Christmas, so I couldn't call to see the status of my order, or (what I preferred) to cancel the order. Today, I finally got my order, and, true to form, the order wasn't complete.
No web site-to-inventory integration, no order confirmation via email, unavailable customer service, and an incomplete order. This was the recipe for my abysmal experience with Focus Camera. |
