Post Clean Up Mount Analysis

After Mike's ambitious gear replacement and clean up, he performed the same analysis as before. Figure 3 shows the raw data of a test star.

The periodic error is still there, but a look at the Fourier analysis of Figure 4 reveals the high frequency components are not as strong.

Now the main contribution is the periodic error with a secondary contribution from the much lower frequency component (furtherst to the left).
