you can get all catalogs for free out of the web !
Also its very easy to cpmpile software packages for linux etc...

So why provide a CD with an uniq format of the catalogs.
Or in other ways tell me how i get my NASA ASCII
Tycho2 Catalog into Xephem without ordering the CD ?
